My method of training represents a unique and innovative approach to training and rehabilitating everyone from the athlete to the weekend athlete. This method is on my 15 years of experince working with a miltitude of sports of all levels of competition.

- USA Track and Field Level II Jump Coach
- Coached one High School National Champion and 10 athletes finishing in the top 3 in the nation.
- Coach 14 individual track and field State Champions and 45 top 3 finishers in the State of Virginia.
- Assisted 15 athletes in receiving Div. 1-A sports scholarships, and 31 athletes to receive Div. 1-AA and Div. 2 scholarships.
