Caroline Gingerich

Caroline is a nationally competitive bodybuilder and the owner of South Beach Gym. In 2001 Caroline won the Virginia/D.C. state bodybuilding championship. Caroline believes that when you feel good about your body, it changes the way you carry yourself. Caroline wants to share her love of fitness with everyone. South Beach Gym is designed for everyone from the serious bodybuilder or competitor to the person who has never worked out.

 

Background

Caroline has a BS in Physical Fitness and a Minor in Biology from William and Mary College and graduated in 1988. She has competed in national bodybuilding competitions throughout the United States.

Caroline lives in Virginia Beach and runs two other businesses, a pest control company called Pro-Tech, and her husband Mike's business, The Wilmik Concrete Company.
